The Rules Weren't Written for Every Brain
Through virtual psychoeducational evaluations, get the college and exam accommodations you or your child needs to succeed.

The System Wasn't Built With You In Mind

Complex assignments without clear instructions or checkpoints. Crowded lecture halls. High-stakes testing environments that reward test-taking stamina over actual knowledge.
Maybe you have dyslexia, ADHD, autism, anxiety, or simply a brain that works differently. If the environment keeps getting in the way of showing what you know, that's not a personal failure. That's a system that was never designed with you in mind.
Are you…
When it comes to college or a high-stakes exam, there’s no parent or teacher tracking your progress behind the scenes. You have to advocate for yourself, proactively, with documentation in hand. Most students and families don't know where to start.
Imagine Walking In With Confidence

When you understand how your brain works, and have the accommodations and strategies to match, your energy goes toward learning and showing what you know rather than compensating for a system that wasn't built for you.
That can look like:

Extended time and reduced-distraction settings that align with how your brain processes information
Support structures that work for you, whether you are in a college classroom or sitting for a career-defining exam
Less frustration, less scrambling, and more consistency in your approach to classes, studying, and tests
More confidence and less dread walking into the testing environments that used to feel impossible
Professors equipped to support you and testing organizations that have the documentation they need to approve your accommodations
Expert Evaluations,
Built Around You
I’m Chelsea Quann, a Licensed Educational Psychologist providing fully virtual psychoeducational evaluations to students throughout California. With over 17 years of combined experience across Bay Area public schools, international settings, and private settings, one thing is clear: no two brains are the same, and no evaluation should be either.
Specialty areas include learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and the anxiety and behavioral patterns that quietly get in the way of learning. Every evaluation is built around understanding you or your child as a whole person, not just a set of test scores.
The result is a report that does not just name what is going on. It tells you exactly what to do next.

Complete Your Virtual Evaluation
Most evaluations are completed in just one or two secure telehealth video sessions. Sessions are paced with breaks built in so the process is thorough without being overwhelming.
Receive Recommendations & Documentation
You receive a detailed report with findings, specific accommodation recommendations, and next steps you can actually use, whether you are heading into college or sitting for a high-stakes exam.
Psychoeducational Evaluations That Lead to the Support You’ve Been Missing

Blueprint Evaluations offers two evaluation pathways: one for college accommodations and one for testing accommodations. Both start with a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation that provides the diagnosis (where applicable), practical recommendations, and official documentation you need to move forward.
Psychoeducational evaluations can help identify:

ADHD
Dyslexia
Dysgraphia
Dyscalculia
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Anxiety as it impacts academic learning and performance
Every evaluation results in a detailed written report with findings and recommendations you can use at home and in school, plus official documentation to support accommodation requests at the college level or for high-stakes exams like the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, and Bar exam.
Where relevant, reports may also include recommendations for additional support. From executive function coaching and therapeutic services to targeted learning programs and practical day-to-day resources, you'll be able to learn more about yourself and manage your daily life better.
Already have a diagnosis? An updated evaluation is often required as you transition into college or apply for testing accommodations. I can help with that, too.
Virtual Evaluations for Accommodations

College Accommodations Evaluation
Get the documentation you need to request academic support at the college level. Because every learner is different, accommodation recommendations are fully individualized and may include things like extended time, reduced-distraction testing environments, or other classroom supports that help you perform at your best.
Testing Accommodations Evaluation
For students and adult learners preparing for high-stakes tests, get the documentation testing organizations require so you can sit for your exam under conditions that allow you to effectively demonstrate what you know.
Evaluations support accommodation requests for:
- SAT and ACT
- LSAT
- MCAT
- GRE and GMAT
- Bar Exam
- Other graduate and professional licensing exams

Frequently Asked Questions
College accommodations evaluations and testing accommodations evaluations are available to anyone physically located in California at the time of the testing. California residency is not required. Because all evaluations are conducted virtually, you can participate in testing from anywhere in the state.
Yes, all evaluations are conducted entirely online through secure telehealth video sessions. In-person appointments are not required, making it easy to fit the process into your schedule.
You may be a good fit if you or your child:
- Had an IEP or 504 plan in high school and needs equivalent support at the college level
- Has always felt like something was off academically, but has never had a formal evaluation
- Is struggling to focus, keep up, or perform at the level you know you're capable of
- Is preparing for a high-stakes exam like the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, or Bar exam, and wants to ensure the testing conditions reflect your actual abilities
- Suspects they may have ADHD, autism, anxiety, or a learning difference, but have never been evaluated
- Has a previous diagnosis of ADHD, autism, dyslexia, anxiety, or another learning difference and needs updated documentation for college or an upcoming exam
Yes. Both college accommodations evaluations and testing accommodations evaluations are conducted through a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation. You'll receive a diagnosis where applicable, practical recommendations, and the official documentation you need to move forward.
Most evaluations are completed across one or two secure telehealth video sessions, with breaks built in throughout. Following your sessions, your written report is delivered within 3 weeks. From your first appointment to receiving your report, most students complete the full process in 5 weeks.
Because psychoeducational evaluations are considered educationally related rather than medically related, they are typically not covered by insurance. Blueprint Evaluations does not bill insurance directly. However, partial reimbursement may be possible depending on your plan, and a superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider.
College accommodations are provided through your school's disability support office and may include things like extended time on exams, note-taking support, reduced-distractibility testing environments, access to tutoring, or writing center support
Testing accommodations apply to standardized exams such as the LSAT, MCAT, GRE, and Bar exam, and are granted directly by the testing organization.
Both require formal documentation from a qualified evaluator. Blueprint Evaluations provides evaluations for both.
This is Bigger Than One Test
Without the right support, your energy goes toward surviving the environment rather than learning new material and demonstrating your knowledge. With it, you or your child can feel comfortable, confident, and consistent in college classrooms and on exams that impact your future.
That is exactly what these evaluations are designed to deliver.
